This screws up the neat little template they had going. No one mentioned that, oh by the way, Powell endorsed Obama over the moderate republican’s dream candidate McCain.

Powell probably never felt comfortable with Republicans, even though they are the ones who brought him to the dance.
Powell never was a Republian, it just helped him to be a brown noser in the Bush administration.

McCain was Powell’s kind of moderate Republican and yet he still endorsed Barry Marx? Gee Colin, maybe you were a closet democrat all along?
Yes, Cheney is a real man’s man. I love him and trust his judgement over anyone else’s. I am sure that Bush saw these strong qualities in him when he picked him as his VP.
I am thrilled that he is speaking out and defending himself and the decisions that were made during the last 8 years. It must be unbearable for him to witness the circus act that is currently going on, especially since he knows more than almost anyone what is at stake.
I sid with Rush too.

Boos for Joe Lieberman
The crowd cheered when Colin Powell appeared on the Jumbotron, and a loud boo erupted through parts of the National Mall when Joe Lieberman was shown entering the Inaugural platform.
And Politico’s Andie Coller reports that the crowd booed Clarence Thomas when he was shown on the big screen.
