African Americans have a four times greater rate of kidney failure than other races.Sykes and the Obamas are giggling about something that could strike close to home.

Two of the main causes (but not the *only* possible causes) of chronic renal failure are diabetes and hypertension...both of which are all-too-common among American blacks (can't speak for blacks in other parts of the world).So,yes,Hussein and Sykes may very well be in substantial danger of someday developing CRF.
