Investigators say Eichelberger posed as a wealthy business investor to take his victims to a bar or restaurant to discuss a business opportunity then slip a drug into their drink.
Once the victim's judgement was altered, police say Eichelberger would take advantage of the men sexually, steal their identities and even blackmail them.

I think the penalty of drugging someone should be 10 yrs minimun....we should also spend money, since bama is so good at it, at developing better lab tests that can detect the use of this drug and its similar agents for more than just a few hours.....many women don't even know they have been drugged and attacked until the next day....ususally too late to detect the poisen in their system...

I haven’t researched this topic, but it was my impression that it is a serious crime.
I just looked it up... apparently a law was passed in 1996 concerning Rohypnol that has up to 20 years in jail for “Giving someone an illegal drug with the intention of committing a crime”
