Obama’s too stupid to be Spock. A Paklid, maybe, but not Spock.

Oooh goody, Obama’s a redshirt, time to beam him down to a planet for security detail.

Obummer is hardly Spock-like because he is totally illogical. Obummer seems more like the Tribbles to me who are nice to look at, make people feel good but who are empty and ultimately produce nothing.

Not mentioned in the article is the fact that the original Star Trek series presented a very Republican-style, Reaganesque (optimistic) vision of the future, in which humans hadn’t completely destroyed themselves in a nuclear holocaust, and technology was used to solve problems.

Obama has Star Trek parallels, but not with Mr. Spock. I'd say:

the brains of a tribble
and

the warmth of a Klingon
We may live long under the president-for-life, and it may just seem like a long four years, but there is no chance in the galaxy that any honest person will prosper as a result of Obama's actions.

Somehow I think Mr. Spock would have studied the history of Marxism, observed it’s failures, and rejected it based on logic. Unless he was a power hungry thug, he would have.
