while you are right that he has serious temper tantrum problems, you have to remember that the entire staff of Aubergine defected with him to his restaurant. While he is a donkey himself, those that work with him know that he is their ticket to better things as he is typically loyal to his workers that work hard and show initiative. It’s also been said that he learned his abusive ways from chef Marco Pierre White.
That reminds me, has anyone seen any of Marco Pierre White's youtube vids of him going off like Ramsay does? I have yet to see any. White does do some extraordinary things but I have yet to see him explode.
