I am from Massachusetts...I love going into bookstores and asking for books like “Liberty and Tyranny”!

The best one was when, in 2004 I went into the Borders to ask for “Unfit for Duty”. The guy wanted to spit, I could tell, but...there were witnesses!

Ah well. Gotta get that enjoyment wherever you can...;)

Chambers suffered greatly, and even though he had been an undercover communist, he did come out and denounce it publicly and with courage that many (including myself) would find it difficult to muster.

We forget that there were many in his group who met untimely deaths, Harry Dexter White (while not a communist, was in league with them) had a “heart attack” only days after testifying and at least two fell from great heights to their deaths. I don’t think that is a coincidence. He was afraid, and had good reason to be, for his life.
