This week in Scifi:
Mon:
8/7 -- CHUCK -- NBC
9/8 -- Heroes -- NBC
Tues:
10/9 -- Fringe -- Fox
Wed:
8/7 -- Lost -- ABC
Fri:
9/8 -- The Dollhouse -- Fox
10/9 -- Primeval -- SciFi
The crossovers sound sort of cool, but the shows you mentioned felt like they were in completely different universes. Stargate relied on the US Government being functional, but Jericho was post-apocalyptic. BSG meant that humans didn’t know where Earth was, whereas people on Firefly clearly not only knew where Earth was, but apparently some people still inhabited it (as implied by Wash’s comments about flight school in one episode).
Considering crossovers are usually limited to the same network, and require the same universe, I could see any combination of Dollhouse, Fringe, or Bones crossing over - they’re all set in the ‘real’ world, albeit with whatever ‘top-secret’ new technology that’s necessary for the plot. Although, there was a scene in last week’s Bones that was filmed on the Dollhouse set...
loved the 4400 ping for later
Me too, that is why I was glad to find out that they were going to finish out the story with novels.
New Eureka! episodes on Fridays in July. Woo Hoo!
