I guess the nude hikers aren't purists. Just a bunch of wannabe nudists.

IMO, the nude hiking fine should be tripled if they catch nude hikers wearing socks & shoes.

Nudism was one of the few pastimes generally allowed under the East German commie regime. Still lots of it going on along the eastern Baltic shores. Perhaps they are diversifying to the mountains, now that The Wall has been gone for a while? Nothing wrong with skinny-dipping at the beach IMO, but the mountains?
