Additionally, I am going to get an ear-type thermometer and ensure that everyone gets their temperature checked when arriving at the office.Great idea. However, I recommend a temporal thermometer as they are more accurate and less intrusive.

Those look great. I’ll try to find one today. The ear readers are available at any drug store for about 3000 yen so I will go with one of those if I cant find the temporal thermometer. But I have to get something in place asap.
