I don’t know how people can keep up with all the Twitters, My Space, Face Book, etc.

I don’t even really know what Twitter is. I’ve just heard the name. Sorry, I guess I’m getting “foggied”.

It's generated a whole new term, "hyper tasking", makes you do a lot of stuff and never get anything done.

If you joined all those things, you would spend all day just making updates.

I am not sure all of this is helpful anyway. Sometimes we get so caught up in this stuff we fail to participate in REAL activities.

I told a friend of mine about Twitter about a 6 weeks ago, or so, and she had not heard of it at all and I said, “Oh, you WILL.”

It's something that's hot mainly because it's free. As soon as they start charging, or have so many ads that you cannot reasonably get to content (like following other people's boring lives is "content") it will begin to die.
