I was a huge fan of Star Trek until they expanded to Deep Space and Voyager, and I never saw a single episode of Enterprise. "Enterprise" had some promise, but it got off to a slow start. And as is the case with many new shows, it seemed to have some trouble figuring out what sort of show it was going to be. Unfortunately it seemed that some of the writers glommed on to some of the "ideals" that were espoused in TNG, and it went downhill rather quickly. The last few episodes were... Well, calling them a joke is an insult to jokes!

Too bad the interwebs wasn’t around at the time.
She could have built a whole niche business.
How much would a Trekkie pay to do Yeoman Rand?

I always liked the lady, now my respect for her has increased.
Those of us who have ‘four-legged’ children should consider this as well.

Yes and no. There was that “intergalactic” thing, but it also generally showed bad vs. good - which doesn’t exist in LiberalLand (unless you’re Hitler, who is their only Boogeyman).
