Now this is funny: Why do all of you northerners assume we are "shooting up city streets" and live in cities? Ya'll assume too much, as usual on where we, in the "fly over country" live and I dare you to come to Arkansas and try to tell some meth-heads down the street to lock up their pit bull

Golly! Guess who made the assumptions! I live on an 80 acre farm, not in a city. I have cows down the road. But you keep thinking you're the only one in flyover country with your meth heads down the block. We don't even have blocks. Oh Lord, I'm still laughing!

If you live on an 80 acre farm and have cows..how do feel about some stray dog or 2 getting into your pasture and running your cows? Do you call the Sheriff and wait for him to come and get the dog, or do you grab your shotgun and take off to the pasture to dispatch the dogs...I have know people that have cattle, and I know what they have done with that exact situation...Dog off leash threaten you, your dog or your livestock do you just say nice doggy...As far a witness is concerned , I would want to know his/her relationship to the owner of the dead dog...
