No, LOL, I haven't seen that. I'm reminded of Empress Josephine of Napolean era where the high waistline (under the bust) was in fashion. It looked a lot better on Josephine. This Michele signature look is just plain tacky and not flattering in any sense. But, hey, she's "unique".
