I almost exclusively trout-fish. Once I tried for bass and bluegill. Got this big fish, hoped it was a nice bass - but it had orange lips as I pulled it in....

I threw it back, and later learned that some blacks and Asians think it’s quite the delicacy.
I’m sure that carp tastes fine, but nothing beats trout that was swimming around twenty minutes ago.
