The questions for the final five candidates in the show Sunday were all tied to contemporary issues. One was about domestic violence and mentioned Chris Brown by name. Two had loaded phrases about the use of "taxpayer's money," for bailouts and Afghan elections. Miss Utah chose not to answer her question about universal healthcare saying only "it's a question of integrity" (say what?).

But it was Miss California who was asked - by Perez Hilton no less - about same sex unions.

The article has all kinds of misleading stuff in it. For instance, it says "Legislation to make same-sex marriage legal in California is being contested in the courts. ". Wrong, aussies. The homos are challenging the California Constitution, which says that gay marriage is illegal.

Also, Perez Hilton is one of those queer guys who looks queer from 100 yards away. I can't believe we're in a day and age where some guys are actually proud to be little sissy boys. These people need to be classified correctly as mentally ill, as they were before the homo lobby came on the scene.

My family and I applauded when she gave her answer. It was intelligent and well said.

It was obvious the question was asked to get either a PC response or as a “gotcha” question.

She stuck to her beliefs. I knew she was never going to win after hearing her answer.
The twit judge looked shocked after she answered. I give her a lot of credit for standing up and being honest about her beliefs.

Who the heck allows such divisive questions to be asked?

This is a political hot-button question, the answer being very polarizing. Not one of the contestants should be assaulted with questions of this sort.

My guess is that this “guy” knew that Ms CA was a conservative and a Christian BEFORE he dreamed up his question. He did this purposefully.

On the snarky side- I broke up when I saw what this guy looked like. Now I ask ya, if you were a fat little queen with a perfectly awful haircut, wouldn’t YOU be pissy too?
