Apparently in the initial advertising, Tuco was "The Bad" and they changed it later.
"Death Rides a Horse" is available on DVD - not a very high quality print, but a pretty good movie.

A few years ago, I saw a spoof of spaghetti westerns called “ A Dollar for the Dead”.
It have some funny moments in it that spaghetti western fans would get.
Starring a guy who does a lot of appearances on the currenly running crime shows (e.g., Lawn Order), had a bit part in a Hannibal Lecter movie, and is the son of a world-famous Pianist.
