looking for 7.62X39, rest I need is rimfire or shotgun ammo which is still plentiful.

Here in far west Texas the 7.62x39 is fairly easy to find. .223 though is an altogether different animal.

Not here. There’s no 22LR on the shelf anywhere within driving distance. Nor is there any shotgun ammo except trap and light bird shot.

Reloading isn’t any better. Primers do not exist, powder almost does not exist, and bullets are hard to find but do come and go.

Essentially, you can’t shoot because you don’t know if it is possible to replace what you use and even if you could the next batch might cost more than you are willing to pay.

7.62x39 is very hard to find right now, i was lucky yesterday and found 11 boxes for a good price, 9.00 a box/20, and i bought them all because last time i was looking for it, it was no where to be found
