Maybe that's what this DHS report is all about!!!
Maybe the Dems are laying the foundation for an attack on -0- (executed by the far left wing extremists, but blamed on the right) so they can blame us and lock own the country in a police-state action!!

Thanks, didn't see the context in which that was used but makes sense. OSC is also the acronym for Office of Special Counsel and I'll betcha they were called in to resolve this fiasco.
