How sad.
Poor fellow, stood by his “mom” until help arrived. Glad there’s a home waiting for him.
What a great puppy. Dogs are the BEST! My heart bleeds for this little one.
I would like to think that my cat would show some loyalty to me if I should die but I suspect she'll remain under the bed hiding when they retrieve my body for the funeral.......
FWIW, I have a note pinned to the refrigerator door that says in the event of my death, my cat's hiding under the bed. Giver her a good home.........
This image provided by the Utah Highway Patrol the searchers who helped to locate Neo on Thursday. From left to right is Parry Nielsen, Dana and Ellen love with Neo in front of them and Cathy Crowder. Neo, was wearing the same harness and name tag shown in photos recovered from the crashed SUV of Joyce Moore of Kelso, Wash. Moore was killed when her SUV rolled April 4 on Interstate 84 in Box Elder County. Perry says her dog stood nearby as rescue crews attended to Moore, but fled when someone tried to catch him.
My son brought two dogs home from AK when he moved back to NY. One of them was stolen while they were out hunting. The other lived to be a good old age and was a wonderful pet. Even at the end he tried to go upstairs to sleep with them when his arthritis was so bad.
Condolences to Joyce Moore’s family and friends. Hooray Neo!
