For any legal eagles out there, is there any possibility that this can be turned into a class action suit?

Ping-a-ding-a-ding. You know Napolitan Ice Cream was our State’s Gov, doncha? She gives me the creeps.

Oh, Lord, now they’ll be coming to our home. Sheesh. What happened to the First Amendment?

“This report appears to have blurred the line between violent belief, which is constitutionally protected, and violent action, which is not,” Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., wrote in a letter to Napolitano.”

When in the course of human events...

Question: I wonder how many think the creation of the Dept. of “Homeland Security” was a good idea now???

Obama’s Hero’s are Stalin, Chavez, Castro, Lenin, Quaddaffi, Saddam Hussein and Chaiman Mao. Napolitano wasn’t picked for Homeland Security for Her Expertise or Qualifications; she wa picked for her Ideology, Agenda, Compatibility and Blind Loyalty.

A truly disgusting, sick, perverted Liberal Hack! but she is held on a pedestal by the Left. Thats Dr.* Julienne Malveaux and her quote you post is so gross and disgusting and to be said about one of the finest men to ever walk this earth shows the depth of hate and depravity that consumes the left.
* Her Title (Dr.) isn’t worth the cheap paper its printed on after she uttered that quote which proves she is uneducated by any and all humanistic standards.

Malveaux is a real “affirmative action” success story, no?

Better yet file RICO statute lawsuit against Napolitano and DHS and press for the disbandment of the unconstitutional agency. Each of previously independent agencies should be streamlined to remove the bloat created when DHS was created and their charters scrubbed to clearly define their scope and relationships to the other agencies. Information sharing should be limited to clearly defined terrorist activities that cannot be handled by a single agency.

>>>>>> The reason the king wanted to kill all the lawyers was because the lawyers stood for law and against the tyranny of the crown. The king who said “kill all the lawyers” was the bad guy of the story. <<<<<<

Wrong.

Shakespeare was not in the business of praising lawyers.

In Henry VI, Jack Cade’s imaginary utopia includes free food, free food, no money, and no lawyers.

I had the wrong guy wanting to kill all the lawyers, but the right reason for his wanting to do so.

As we review Shakespeare’s Henry VI, part 2, we find at this juncture in the story Jack Cade’s rebellion was picking up steam. Dick, the butcher, was a member of this rebellion. As Dick utters the famous words “first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers,” he was referring to ways that the rebellion might be successful. They recognized that to succeed, they must get rid of those who knew and enforced a system of laws. They did not want any learned and informed opposition to the rebellion they had planned against the government.

Nevertheless, racking up scapegoats will still look bad on the administration, and comes with the bonus that we'll find some more tax evasion with each replacement.

Things are starting to really heat up. Perhaps a few brave L/MSM will consider giving almost balanced views/reports of how this administration has gotten out of hand in such a short period of time. (Of course all it’s members outside the few GWB left overs have been out of hand for years).
