EL DORADO, Ark. (AP) - A pit bulldog attacked a guide dog owned by a blind woman and police have arrested the pit bull’s 17-year-old owner, but only after the woman worked for a month to get El Dorado authorities to take proper action.
Sigh.... I hope that dog was ruined as a guide dog.. he may be too skittish now.
