Tablespoon of smooth peanut butter in a bowl of chili ... and carrots and or celery dipped in PB are good, also. When I was a kid, I made PB and lettuce sandwiches on white bread. Four tablespoons of PB folded thoroughly into a tub of Cool-Whip is the topping for my unusual chocolate icebox pie (instant chocolate pudding(2) with 3 1/2 cups of vanilla yogurt—instead of milk—in a graham cracker crust).

We have eaten celery and carrots and broccoli and cauliflower, with peanut butter.
Our youngest son learned to eat those things in pre-school. He loved it.

I’ll have to try your pie. I have used sour cream instead of the yogurt in mine.
We love peanut butter and chocolate anything!!! :-)

Thanks!
