I've had Glocks too. Sold every one of them. I'm sold on the XD.
I am most accurate with the XD, so I primarly stay with that one. Sig 226 is great, I like the trigger pull weight for a quick double tap. Haven't used Glocks in a while, but I think you would be happy with XD or Glock. Other folks said use what's comfortable, I'll add to that and say use what's comfortable and accurate for you.
