The Certificate of Birth proffered by Obama that we've all seen was commonly issued by the State of Hawaii to plantation worker's families who followed the Green Card worker after employment and enough bucks to send for a wife and child. It's known as the Stragglers B/C, although no one really wants to admit to that..... especially the state, the DNC and the courts.
