I wonder if we were prepared for this ? and have boats in the area to try and recover any of it ? Would you get on a boat built in North Korea?

no you big goof. I meant I wonder if the U.S. has boats in the area. If this was a guise to test long range capability, then the payload is probably bogus. Be great to prove it.
