Well, go look around a bit.
It is pretty obvious that
most cases are tied to behavior.
Like cirrhosis. There are those
who get it but do not drink but it is
rare as with lung cancer and smoking.
For some reason this seems to bother you.
As for me, I kind of believe in natural law,
you know cause and effect.

Doesn't bother me at all. You suggested people try to find out the cause, which you alleged is related to behavior, but the Mayo Clinic, and many other web sites, claim the cause in not known.
If you've evidence contrary to this you should post it or a link to it.
