Get Melanie's greatest hits, and play "Brand New Key" over and over again...I am convinced that is the worst song of all time. Country music (particularly the older pre 1980s stuff) should work well, too.

My DDH used to get his neighbor who lived below him to shut off his stereo by taking his own speakers, placing them on the floor (the neighbor's ceiling) and blasting the 'cannons' section of Tchiakovsky's 1812 Overture at him.

That's a good one. I think you could loop it with "Seasons in the Sun" and make them all run away in fear.

Or, to follow up on the "It's a Small World" suggestion, the perfect accompaniment would be Raffi singing "The Song that Never Ends", and have it on an endless loop.
