Correct. That is what I meant.

Truth be told you can avoid the dealer completely and deal direct with the manufacturer if you both live in the same state! That saves the $150 or so that class III dealers charge for handling the paperwork. The manufacturers fold that into their overhead and the service is gratis with your purchase. (at least the ones I deal with)
