How low is too low?
If ones’ genitalia is all that is holding up the pants- there’s your sign!
I’ve been seeing black men with their pants around their KNEES! No lie! Hobbling down the street taking baby steps with pants around their knees!
What ignorance is this?
I can understand a primitive mentality that wants to display how well they are endowed by the fact that they can make pants defy gravity, but if you go down past your privates what’s the point of pants at all?

A couple of years ago I stopped in at an old time country store in central Mississippi. The owner looked to be north of 80. A young punk came in with his pants hanging down like that and the old man looked him up and down.
He said in a measured tone, “Sonny, if you can’t afford a decent belt, you can’t afford to shop in my store. Now you just get on down the road.”
I thought I was gonna bust. The thug just looked at him and walked out without saying a word.
