Not sure, there was a Getty Images photo posted. They prohibit the use of their licensed images on FR. The rest of the internet does not face the same pressures as FR.
I bow to the mods judgement, as always. I think it may have been a copyrighted picture of Patrick Ewing superimposed on Jackie No’s body. Possibly the mod felt it was too mean to Patrick to do that to him. :)
Not epic, but just some goofy fun.
Since it was a parody I made of a Getty Image, not an actual Getty Image, I am sure it falls outside of any copyright infringement problems. This has been affirmed again and again by the courts. But Getty Images threatens to sue everybody all the time, and I guess FR doesn't need the hassles.
