I’m only turning 24 in October, but this great article makes a heck of a lot of sense to me, which is compounded even more by me growing up in one of the most Liberal cities in the country.
Also, reading stuff like this makes me want to experience the south and midwest even more. I’ve had my fill of Disney, Universal, and the Caribbean. I’d really love to visit the heart of America. I also want to go to the Knob Creek shoot for my birthday, which is held mere days before.
Bud, you’ve got wisdom beyond your years! I’m a recovering masshole, currently doing my best keep a few good traits from massatooshixx, and jettisoning most. The South, Central and Western US were like visiting a foreign country to me at first but its awesome when you get to live in small town and really get to know some folks. And yes, I’m more convservative than most but I was raised that way.
