Once the was a man who was deeply in love with a very, very beautiful woman.

He wooed her with all his might, but she would not commit to marriage.

So in his despair, he decided to remain single.

He worked.

He went bowling.

He fished.

He hunted.

He smoked cigars.

He drank whiskey and beer.

He sought out the companionship of buddies with whom he played cards.

Occasionally he had affairs with women of loose morals.

.....and he lived happily ever after.
