Apparently, I am that dense by your standards. Hillary is disgusting, but I don't think she's genuinely anti-American the way Obama is (no love for the Constitution, surely, but she doesn't hate us for being American the way Obama hates Americans). She wants control over "the little people", and doesn't care about anything beyond her own power, but Hillary's many faults have nothing to do with Biden's daughter.
I have in my entire life never used illegal drugs. I have, however, known people with a drug problem, and I can't imagine how anyone messed up enough to get as deep into drugs as Ashley Biden may have gone (or as deep as people I've known) could possibly get their lives back together with all their original problems, plus the medical/physical/mental/chemical problems from using drugs, plus the legal problems from being caught with drugs, and then throw in a public humiliation that drags out as long as the sleazy attacks on the Palins have lasted (just counting the attacks so far, and with no end in sight for the Palins).
I believe in human decency - Ashley Biden may be a troubled woman, maybe even a criminal if the story is true, but she's not the Biden who is an immediate danger to our country. We need to focus on the right Biden and on the socialist that Biden is VP under, not on trying to hurt her father by attacking his (relatively non-political) daughter. Biden is the weakest VP in recent history, and he's not needed for Obama to dismantle our economy and our freedom. Why get distracted with his children, when the real threat is the socialist in our White House?
Senator Biden coined the term "Drug Czar" and promoted the "War On Drugs". People that believe in decency in the face of Socialist evil have gotten us into this mess. The apologists on these threads should remember the Bug Zapper threads of not so long ago. Fight against this political elite that contributes to the "insatiable appetite for drugs". The people here that whine about Bidens daughter sound just like the leftists that were crying over Uday and Qusay Hussein being taken out. Toughen up. These people are more than fair game.
Just reading over this lightly, but Hilary not Anti-American? Good grief that whole kooky party can’t resist being anti-American. Look at Hilary telling teh Mexicans their violence is our fault. And Biden going on about us “dictating” to Latin America, Everywhere in teh world where an anti-American sentiment exists, these people go running to agree and apologize for it. Even though they are now running the damn government!
Hilary got a pass because McCain/Palin were trying to steal her voters. She doesn’t deserve it.
