Saturday at 8:30 EDT.
I’m going to have family visiting, so I’m pretty sure at 8:30 EDT I’ll be cooking up a storm and watching our plasma TV.
With the lights on.
[Saturday at 8:30 EDT.]
It won’t even be dark in the Mountain and Pacific zones.
I intend to celebrate with a cold beer and as large a “carbon footprint” that I can create.
Well, shoot - that’s 1730 MST - the sun is still up and most of my lights will be off anyway.
I’ll probably be outside grilling a steak while enjoying a cold beer.
It’s still a wee bit on the cool side, so I may light a fire in the Chimenea - just to release a little more carbon into our environment!
Oh crap! I can't participate! It will be 5:30 and still daylight here at that time. Maybe I'll just turn all my lights ON to show my support for "Earth Hour".
Every light and appliance in my house will be on at 8:30 pm.
It’s actually 8:30 in each time zone, as it occurs. I’ll be leaving the house in the morning, so I will be sure to leave every light inside and outside the house on before I leave. And if the green nazi’s don’t like my carbon footprint, wait until they get a load of my carbon a$$print!
