They absolutely hilarious, but at the same time teach very valuable lessons.
Only if you're literate, humble, and are willing to work for a living. These petty criminals make our lives more miserable than a Madoff does because there are so many of them. They don't work because they are illiterate or drug-addicted, and they have no sense of shame.
