We love the porridge, smooth, creamy and rich with generous slices of toman (snakehead) fish and century eggs, mildly flavoured with julienned ginger and sprinkled with coarsely chopped scallions.

Damn....I was trying to post a photo of James Carville, but can’t seem to do it. Oh well. I guess that would be more appropriate if they had found a creepy walking snake.

Since the klintons crawled out from under a rock in ‘92, I’ve known that arkansas had a lot of creepy things.

We had a problem with this fish in Crofton, Md., back in 2003 or so. They had a bounty on the fish and lots of people caught them in the pond before they could do a lot of damage.

When I lived in Arkansas in the 80’s, whenever my Snakehead fish would get too big for the my fish tanks I would just throw them in a nearby creek or lake.
