Were you the one who, on another thread, said you go to the Goodwill and Salvation Army stores in nice neighborhoods and get great bargains? That made me want to go to the Salvation Army store they just opened a couple towns over.

I don't think so, but my daughter and her kids go. My grandson - who is a senior this year, and will be shipping out to Basic on his 18th birthday this summer - loves the scrubs he got there. We have two Goodwill stores in town that have good selections. The Salvation Army store that was in a good area closed.

They also go to the consignment stores - to buy and to sell.

I live in a "fancy" neighborhood so we call ours the Gucci Goodwill. They get such rockin' stuff that they hold weekly auctions for the more ridiculously higher end stuff. And on the racks... $8 for mint condition Citizens of Humanity jeans. Score!
