Not too bad of a night.. not as good as I hoped but not bad.

1. Adam/Allison - Slow Ride - great duet. These two mesh together perfectly… Allison singing the low parts and Adam singing Soprano. Seriously though, I loved it.

2. Allison Iraheta - Cry baby - Absolutely owned this song. One of her best performances of the year. Absolutely nailed it.

3. Danny Gokey - Dream On - This was a great performance right up until that final primal scream therapy moment. Yes he missed the scream, big deal, the rest of the song was fabulous.

4. Adam Lambert - Whole Lotta Love - This was pretty good. Not great, but good. adam has a killer voice but this performance just fell flat and was MEH at best.

5. Kris Allen/Danny Gokey - Renegade - This was pretty cool, but not awesome. Danny more than held his own, Kris not so much.

6. Kris Allen - Come Together - Kris did about as good as he could with this song, but he was definately out of his element. the kid is an amazing musician, and to quote Randy, the guiter playing was “DOPE”. but the vocals, not so much.

Overall the night belonged to Allison.

Should go Home : Kris
Will go Home : ADAM IN A VOTER BACKLASH!

Your take is pretty good!

But I’m sorry to report that the backlash thing won’t come true.

Dial Idol had Adam the only “safe” contestant right now.

They’ve been wrong with the “bottom” but the “safe” persons are usually right.
