Michael Sarver I really enjoyed the harmonica.

Allison The Red Iraheta Reba, eat your heart out. This gal's a talented cutie. Solid performance

Kris the Tender Dawg huh? I stepped out of the room and missed it. Except that I didn't really miss anything.

Big Rounds Her dress looks like a folded dinner napkin. Nice performance. Would be completely forgettable if it weren't so funny that a likely Obama voter was singing one of Hannity's theme songs.

Flambert Haha... Randy had to roll out the ol' Paula line: You look beautiful. The whole performance was derivative of the Cure + late 80's angsty alternative. I kinda liked it.

Scott MacIntyre I like the piano - but it's a huge crutch for the flaws in his voice. He will have a niche on Christian radio if AI doesn't pan out for him.

Alexis Grace I so love that pink hair. The accompaniment was bizarre. It needed a bit more energy and didn't support her vocals at all.

Danny Downey Jr. When he sang "I'm letting go", I really felt it. Kind of sloppy in places, but I liked it.

Anoop Dawg zzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZ..... I kept waiting for the Pet Shop Boys loops to kick in.

Tattoo Joy Good Lawrd, what is she wearing?? A tie-tyed boob sling? With glitter. I didn't hear a note she sang. I was mesmerized (and not in a good way) by the carwreck tata's and tatt's combo.

Matt Giraud Solid. Darkhorse. FTW

Best o'the evening: Matt and Allison

Full of Fail: Megan, Alexis, Lil

LOL Love the review there. I agree the harmonica was great.

I see Megan has been afflicted with CAD’s (Carly's Arm Disease). Like Carly I spent most of time trying to figure out what is on her arm and not hearing what she is singing. I think if Megan would find her inner Josh Stone and stick to that she can go further but not sure where she is headed right now vocal style.

As for Flambe Adam, and I listen back to it a couple of times, the dude did some pretty amazing runs in that song. Vocally it was really good. Arrangement wise hmmm... not my favorite. I think he would have done better if he had picked a Travis Tritt song say "Homesick" Travis' version of The Atlanta Rhythm Section's hit, a Billy Ray Cyrus type of song, or a Little Feat song some of those have a good country flavor. Or do an acapella version of a comtempary country song would have been better so show his range. To many people expect the Johnny Cash version of that song so it is kind of radioactive if you do it any other way. Props to him for going out on a limb with that one.

Look I know he is not to popular on this forum but for me the bottom line on Adam is the guy that came out the first two weeks and owned the stage vocally and performance wise. Whoever tought him how to command a stage did a good job. But the main thing is he has the singing chops and knows how to use them. I see him more as a frontman for a band than a solo singer so if he should win this it would be interesting as to what he does with his career.

Even thou he enjoys putting chocolate deserts into luggage he commands the stage and in the first two weeks he is out singing and preforming the others IMHO. If they have Enya night he can go tranny dress as a woman and probably pull it off. He has the voice and the range for it.

Alexis did a good job. She could have done better because she has shown she knows how to use dynamics in music very effectively. She was a little off tonight but she rocked it last week and blew me away. If she sticks to that bluesy thing I would buy her cd if she had one.

But the guy that shined tonight was Matt. That dawg was Molten Hot!!!! Vocally I loved the sound he had. Very good arrangement!!!!

Allison is rock solid every week so far. She has her style and is sticking to it. I hope they do 80'rock nite would love to hear her do a Lita Ford, Pat Benatar song and have Matt or Alexis do a Stevie Ray Vaughn song.

Sorry for rambling my top 3 would be Matt, Allison, and Danny. Anoop did a good job tonight(I was thinking the same thing with the Pet Shop Boys lol).

Bottom 3 would be Megan, Scott, (Kris, and Michael tied). Loved the harmonica but compared to the others it was ok. Kris and Michael did good jobs but it was just OK compared to the rest.
