When she did her caw thing the first time Vote For The Worst said it was a shout out to them and asking them to “support” her.

Given that they had picked her (and therefore stuck with her/will till she’s eliminated) I suspect it’s a “shout out” to VFTW (aka she must think she’s going - DI has been correct all season for the elimination position and they have her at the bottom)

At the end of Rocking Robin she said 'Caw, Caw'. Vote For The Worst liked that and they used that in their articles about her. I'm guessing that she knew that she was their pick and the Caw Caw and flapping of wings was a kind of 'shout out' to them. They would refer to her as the bird woman and did all kinds of chops of her with birds, including Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds".
