I knew over a year ago what kind of person he was, and what he thought of the Military, but I have to admit, I was horrified, saddened and depressed to read this.
It is genuine pap, and anyone who has ever had exposure to this kind of writing recognizes it immediately. It is, as Rush Limbaugh is fond of saying, the product of a "head full of mush". This guy has had everything poured into his brain from these leftist radicals, and he absorbed every single ounce of it.
And he is now our Commander in Chief. The head of our country and our military. How have we come to this?
Darn. I did this fairly quickly using speech software, but didn’t proofread it enough. You all get the idea, though.
HOLY CRAP
Had you ever seen this before? I hadn’t, and was fairly well versed. The Freeper got this from Orly Taitz’s site.
***The more sensitive among the struggle to extrapolate experiences of war from our everyday experience, discussing the latest mortality statistics from Guatemala, sensitizing ourselves where parents were time memories, or incorporating into our framework of reality as depicted by a mailer or a Coppola.***
Huh?
i must not be nearly drunk enough. perhaps i’ll read it tomorrow on my st pattys day tour.
This is a college student? The piece is wrought with grammatical errors. One could correct the errors but this still reads like complete gibberish. Like a group of 10 year old boys writing a manifesto for their new club.
My question, as well.
More evidence that Ayers wrote Hussein's book.
I think the air-raid-drills-under-the-desk-thing is a little before his time - a case of journalistic truth stretching?
This is the same guy who wrote the two so-called auto-biographies Audacity of Hope and Dreams of my Father?
The Cashill theory about Ayers ghosting those two books has gone from plausible to probable after reading this 1983 Obama idiocy.
Obama also wrote a very wierd poem/tribute to Frank Marshall Davis in an Occidental U student publication.
3 years, 9 months to go.
LOL If he truly wrote that he must have had a hold on some killer weed. I suspect weed only because this isn’t what one would expect from an all night coke jag.
Been smokin’ a lil ganja methink
Thank you for the post, sir.
Everything this guy has ever put to paper, other than the one book actually ghost-written by Bill Ayers, is wooden, cliche-ridden, sophomoric crap.
“deep scams energies alive”
Weird..Is this the interpretation that the speech software composed, or this was actually said? It looks like a Freudian slip of some sort.
The draft? Thanks to Richard Nixon conscription ended in 1973 when junior Robert Kahn was about 11. I guess he wasn't a History major.
“The belief that moribund institutions, rather than individuals are at the root of the problem, deep scams energies alive.”
He’s getting too close to the truth!
[from the movie Stripes]
Cruiser: I joined the army ‘cause my father and my brother were in the army. I thought I’d better join before I got drafted.
Sergeant Hulka: Son, there ain’t no draft no more.
Cruiser: There was one?
