Hasselback may be a Republican, but she's not a conservative. She may seem conservative when setting next to her rabidly liberal co-host, but she's not conservative.

What? You are going to be blasted for remarks like that. Hasselback is sacred ground on this site...her and Sarah and a few others are not to be condemned for any reason...lol.

Elizabeth probably wouldn't disagree with that. She doesn't want to be defined by politics.

But for a 31 year-old woman who lives in New York (or Seattle or Boston) and works in the media she is about as conservative as someone in her position could be and deserves some credit for that.
