Doesn’t seem much like a scooter to me. The upright seating position could be said to be Harleyish as much as scooterish. It’s basically a laid back rice rocket.

Way, seriously overpriced
Looks like fun, but a VTX 1300 costs only $9899

It is NOT a motorscooter - I've been riding on for 5 years now.
It is a new concept in motorcycle design.
It seems proper to shake up and change things a bit. Take from the past those things that have proven to work and incorporate new technology and design to create a ...'hybrid'.
If one wants a 'large' motorscooters they have been around for several years. One excellent model is the Suzuki Burghman. I've been thinking of getting one myself. Its a very manageable 650cc true motorscooter. Although I do also like the 400cc version as well.

My son rides a Yamaha Scooter and my daughter rides a Vespa when it is not raining which is not very often here on Humboldt Bay. He is 50 and she is 47. Son also has a 52 Whizzer and a 48 Powell Scooter but neither is interested in a Rice Rocket...
