Putting the K in for clarification helps avoid confusion. Having said that I am no fan of Howard Stern(radio host).
Big fan of Howard ,when the story broke last year they did not insert “K”.
Howard got so much hatemail from people blaming him for the death of Anne,he almost had a nervous breakdown on radio..
