I went to school with Dick Hertz too. He never showed up except when we had a sub. Isa Hore was the other one who didn’t show up unless we had a sub.

I worked in a ghetto school district in Bryan, TX as a substitute. Every day it was nonstop "made up name" nonsense, and it was frustrating to be forced to let the kids correct me in the pronounciation of their feaux names. Prounuciations that, BTW, had little phonetic accuracy to the letters and words in their name.

I kept a list and passed it around FR years ago, and it is lost to the ages. However, there was one child who stuck with me. His first and middle names were Christian Dior.

I brought it up with a lady at the school; she rolled her eyes and said "I'm sure it was just a coincidence".
