Well, this one was either accept the updater or the program closed. I suppose it could be something that would just automatically update the beta Google Earth, but it said it would update ALL Google programs.
Maybe they want to make the beta better for you over time or....

I get Flash and Java update pop-up’s sometimes, i gotta figure out how to shut that crap off too.
