The question I have is........the military cannot be used against civil disturbance. Right? Is this not in our Constitution?

Section 8 - Powers of Congress

To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

If this is truly the case, then the section of the Constitution that states that the people can replace the existing government.......is useless.
