If they did work, the power company would hand them out liek they do with CFL’s and shower flow restrictors. What kind of electrical device are they? How do they supposedly work? I’ve studied electrical stuff to a degree, and have no idea what they are or how they work, or how it’s even possible that they could work.

My take too. Electric companies love to go green these days and would be handing these out like peanuts if they worked
Electric companies are in business to sell electricity. Just like when there is a drought, the water company doesn’t make as much money when people conserve.
