West Virginia state lawmaker Jeff Eldridge proposed a bill Tuesday that would ban sales of the busty Mattel doll, and others like her, in the state, just days before the doll officially logs a half century on March 9.

I don’t think it would pass a legal challenge.
How about we ban the sale of Captain Planet toys?
The lawmakers doesn’t think it will “pass” the legislature but it is wrongheaded legislation because it is clearly bad law.

Um, lady, the truth is this: If you are beautiful, the world is your oyster and things will basically fall into your lap for awhile, but you had better get an education for the day when the butt sags and the beauty fades.
