I never disagree with you, but that green dress was not my favorite. She added the black sash to the green dress and it makes her look pregnant imho.
She also looked off-the-charts great in the camel and black outfit she wore for the Lincoln Center Inaugural Performance.

I must admit, I saw her in profile and, frankly, didn't see the black detail. Someone must be telling her that it slims her waist, and it doesn't. The neckline is very flattering and it appears to be nicely fitted. Her hair is perfect for her face in this style and her makeup looks lovely. Again, with the hands.

This green and black combo reminds me of the choir performance dresses that my daughter wore in High School.
I think she is channelling Diana Ross in this photo...
